What is GI Map

What is GI Map?

From Diagnostics Solutions Lab: “The GI-MAP™ (GI-Microbial Assay Plus) quantitatively assesses a patient’s microbiome with attention to bacterial, parasitic, and viral pathogens that can cause disease, disrupt the normal microbial balance, and contribute to chronic GI illness.“

If you are dealing with persistent gut health issues like IBS, constipation, diarrhea, autoimmune issues, SIBO, or you suspect viral infections and other pathogens, GI Map is the best way to determine exactly what is going on.

Since we need bile to properly eliminate pathogens, I highly recommend working on an HTMA plan or at least liver healing for at LEAST 3-6 months in order to get the best results with GI Map. Once we confirm the pathogens at hand, we will need to work on foundational care anyway before jumping into attack so it is best to start building this up first.

GI Map can help to determine many issues when it comes to the gut, so if you feel like you are stuck in your healing, it is the best test to go for.

When you order GI Map with us, you will get an email report with your results and the recommendations based on your test. If you are also doing an HTMA, then you will get both reports at the same time.

Please be advised: they cannot ship or receive any kits from the state of New York. If they see any kit is being sent from New York, they cannot run the specimen and it will be rejected.
