Shipping Policy for Sassy Holistics Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
Once you order an HTMA with us, Check Your Email (within 1-3 Days) for Welcome Packet & Instructions with your next steps. We will mail out your kit within 3 business days, and it typically takes about 1 week to get to you. Be aware of delays with mail, holidays, or anything else that could delay shipping.
If you have not received your kit within 10 days, contact us and we will either ship a new one or send email instructions depending on your preference.
We ship out the HTMA kits to those in the US only, excluding NY where HTMA is not allowed.
If you are outside the US you will receive email instructions on how to take the sample, the address to send it to, and our lab form to print out to send with your sample.
Other Information:
- We reserve the right to decline service to anyone that might not be a good fit for our programs.
- It usually takes about 3-4 weeks to get your report/consult. 1 week to send you the HTMA kit, 1-2 weeks to get results back from the lab, 1-2 weeks until we get your report done. This can be longer if you are outside of the US.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available if you have ordered within the last 30 days and have not submitted your hair sample yet. Tests are void after 1 year from purchase. Please send in your HTMA as soon as you can.
