Overview
Refund Policy: Refunds are available for new or retest HTMA packages if you have ordered within the last 30 days and have not submitted your hair sample yet. If you’ve ordered a consult with existing test or consult with no HTMA, refunds are only available if reports have not been completed.
No refunds are available for digital products such as ebooks, PDFs, and ecourses.
HTMA Tests are void after 1 year from purchase. Please use your HTMA kit as soon as possible.
