I’m not sure how, but it’s almost time for the holidays! I really wanted to put a new post together for a few crunchy Christmas gift ideas, so let’s get into it.

This year I am making more of a commitment to shop small when possible. So I am going to share some awesome small businesses for the most part here. I know not everyone can or will do that though, so I’ll be sure to add some other ideas.

Since I have been in the natural health world for almost a decade now, I am at the point where I would never buy someone something “popular” if I know it can harm them. I just can’t bring myself to do that. So I have always done my best to find greener/cleaner gifts that they’ll still enjoy!

Crystals- My Favorite Gift this Year!

Crystals are becoming even more popular each year, and with good reason- not only are they gorgeous, they have amazing healing properties as well! As most of you know I have my own crystal shop!

Here are some of the items I have available right now:

And of course, I still love New Moon Beginnings on Etsy for other crystals! She also has handmade candles that are made with crystals and herbs- they are absolutely divine.

A hot item for this year is crystal facial care: rollers and gua sha! They come in several forms of crystals but rose quartz is the most popular. These items are very beneficial for massaging the face in order to increase blood flow, clear the lymph, and to reduce puffiness in the face.

Herbal Teas

You all already know that I LOVE herbal teas and infusions. So why not treat your favorite person to a new way of getting in nutrition? It’s practical AND will help them!

Herbal Infusion Supplies

You can read my post here about herbal infusions to learn everything you need to know. Herbal infusions are amazing ways to get in many vitamins and minerals, and to help specific issues like adrenal fatigue, hair loss, low energy and more. The basic things needed are the herbs, mason jars, and a strainer!

Herbal Tea

I recently found this amazing Etsy shop called Bohemian Tea Peddler that sells homemade herbal blends for teas. I was super impressed with what she offers! She also ships very quickly. She has a sampler pack where you can try 6 or 12 blends that she offers, and you also have the option to get a tea ball with these packs (since these are loose leaf teas). This is a nice gift- sustainable, practical, and healing. She offers many amazing teas: Detox Tea, Sunshine Tonic (herbal multivitamin!), Deep Sleep Blend, and so much more.

Mugs and Tumblers

If you’re going to gift tea, then you can’t forget the mugs or tumbler! I’ve always preferred tumblers myself since they are more convenient but there is a lot of availability for both to get a cute design that will suit whoever you are buying for.

Green Toys

I know many people are wanting to support more companies that are sustainable and made in the USA. Green Toys is one of these companies. Their toys are all made from 100% recycled plastic and made in the USA. I am starting to see them in stores more often, but they have a huge selection of items on Amazon now. Trucks, tea sets, bath toys, and natural play-doh sets!
