Who doesn’t love summer?

I mean, I don’t LOVE it as much as I used to after my 8 year stint living in south Florida, but I know most people LOVE summer time.  Sun, swimming, and for most people there is a lot more time for themselves since the kids are not on such a strict school schedule.

I’ve had many clients over the last few years bring this up to me and I realized that it is true to an extent- it’s the best time to commit to a healing protocol! If you know you will have more time to relax or at least just have a bit less stress, then it usually is a great time to start implementing new habits.

With our HTMA program, we try to do as much as we can to focus on whole foods, herbs, and truly holistic healing tools instead of just depending on pills (which don’t always solve issues in the long term even if they help symptoms short term).  Sometimes, these new habits can take more time and effort to add into your routine so it can be a bit overwhelming if it’s a more stressful time of the year.  Usually summers are a lot more laid back, so it can be the best time to really work on changing things!

Hair analysis is simple, effective, and amazing!  It tests our mineral levels so that we can determine the stress that is going on in our body.  We can determine the strength of the adrenals, thyroid, and detox system as well as metabolism and gut health.
