The Ideal Diet: A Sassy Nutrition Guide

Sharing is caring!

I’m so excited to share my new eBook with you! This eBook is all about what I consider to be the ideal diet. It goes over the basics on what foods (or food-like items) to avoid, how to heal your gut, and what certain nutrients are needed for in the body.  I’ve have trouble finding a resource that focuses on holistic nutrition using FOOD as the primary source of nutrients as well as focusing on the importance of minerals.

Most people (even in the holistic world) don’t understand how mineral deficiencies are the ROOT cause of illnesses. We do need some extra support in fixing these deficiencies these days compared to a few decades ago, but it is entirely possible to heal through food based nutrition.

I hope this guide is helpful for those that are looking for a real holistic nutrition guide!

The Introduction to this eBook:

Diet truly is a 4-letter word.  The word “diet” automatically brings to mind giant, bland salads with minimal dressing, low-fat yogurt, and a feeling of hunger that is so overwhelming that you could quite possibly eat your own hand.  That has been the normal idea of “diets” for decades now. But what if I told you that those crazy deprivation diets do more harm than good? That you can eat fat and still lose weight?  When I started to learn the truth about how our typical diet recommendations came about, I was so angry.  All of those years of basically starving myself to stay thin when all I was doing was damaging my body!

When we start nourishing our bodies, our health improves. It’s true that there is no perfect diet for everyone. With over 7 billion people on the planet, an idea that there is ONE diet just makes no sense. But there are definitely basic guidelines that help when it comes to what to avoid and what items should be considered essential.  Individualized nutrition is going to play a big role in helping people regain their health too. We all have different biochemistry, and our deficiencies and imbalances will all be different based on stress levels, the diet we ate growing up, and what sort of environmental toxins we’ve been exposed to.

I’ve compiled my best information for this eBook on what the “ideal” diet SHOULD be. Moderation, common sense, and taking into account how our ancestors ate are the most important things to keep in mind.

First, we’ll get into why individualized nutrition is the best place to start. Then we’ll get into what sort of foods to avoid or look for, how to heal the gut to maximize nutrient absorption, and we’ll get into what certain nutrients are needed for and what foods to find them in.

Thank you for all of your support, and as always, Happy Healing!
